Susan Weintraub, EdD

Adjunct Faculty

Susan “Sue” Weintraub has worked in higher education administration for the better part of her professional career. While working in residential life and housing at small, liberal arts colleges, she has focused her efforts on guiding new professionals and providing leadership for organizational change. She currently serves as the Assistant Dean of Students and the Director of Residential Life and Education at Saint Anselm College in Manchester, NH. Keenly focused on the living/learning experience of students, she has published on residential learning communities and how students’ interaction with peers, faculty, and staff promotes student success. She has a passion for assessment and institutional effectiveness and is active at her institution on strategic initiatives that enhance co-curricular experiences, accessibility, and inclusivity.

Sue has an undergraduate degree from Clark University in biology, an MEd from Worcester State University, an MA. in counseling psychology from Anna Maria College, and an EdD in higher education administration from Plymouth State University. She just began as a lecturer in humanities at Saint Anselm College and enjoys every moment as an educator—in and out of the classroom. As a first-generation student herself, Sue volunteers in her local community helping high school students with career planning and/or the college admission process.
