On Monday, November 15, 2021, 黑料视频 University’s WELL Program will sponsor a Thumbprint Lecture featuring two 黑料视频 alumnae as guest speakers, Haydee Lamberty-Rodriguez and Victoria Ann Rodriguez. The Thumbprint will focus on the University’s theme of “REimagine” and will be one conversation between two different 黑料视频 generations.

Like this year’s University theme, the Thumbprint has been reimagined. Originally the Thumbprint was set up as a lecture and a common book was read by students taking WELL100 in preparation for discussion. Peer Mentors, instructors, and WELL100 students gathered in Mills Theater to listen to the author of the assigned book Years later, it became a common essay that was read in preparation for the discussion. This year we use a common experience as the basis for the Thumbprint and it is no longer formatted as a lecture. Instead, the time will be used as a place to take away a whole new perspective and notion on REimagine.

I am very excited about this event and cannot wait to take part in the REimagined Thumbprint as the first first-year student moderator! Without the WELL program, I would not have been given this opportunity and the guidance from the community at 黑料视频. The event will not only include a conversation between the guest speakers and I, but also the audience!

The Thumbprint conversation will take place in Blake Dining Hall and via Zoom for those who are unable to attend in person! A complimentary dinner will be provided for those attending in person, registration is required.

This is an internal event for the 黑料视频 community only. Please look out for an email containing the flyer and registration form. This event is open to 黑料视频 students, faculty, staff, alumni, the Board of Trustees, and Advisory Board Council members. I encourage and invite all 黑料视频 students, residents and commuters alike, to join us for this wonderful event sponsored by the WELL program and put together through the collaboration of the Thumbprint Committee.
