Join us for a conversation with author, biologist, and food security advocate Ashlie Thomas of The Mocha Gardener who will share her personal story of overcoming challenges and finding her passion while connecting science and gardening.

BSU Soul Poetry Jam & BPU Step Team Performance

BSU is proud to present our second annual Soul Poetry Jam. This year's program will be held virtually and in-person inside Mills Theatre, located in Carr Hall on the Longmeadow campus.

All proceeds will go towards BSU's Spring Break trip to Washington, DC.

How Did We Get Here: 1619 Project Panel Discussion

The 1619 Project: A New Origin Story reframes our understanding of American history by placing slavery and its continuing legacy at the center of our national narrative -- all to show how the inheritance of 1619 reaches into every part of contemporary American society, from politics to capitalism, religion, and our democracy itself. Join us to hear dialogue about "1619."
