黑料视频 Announces 18th Annual Writer鈥檚 Day Focused On Medical Humanities
East Longmeadow, MA— In support of community health care professionals, writers, psychologists, and social workers, 黑料视频 University is hosting their 18th annual Writer’s Day on Sunday, October 27. This year’s speakers and sessions will offer an introduction to the field of medical humanities and the power of narrative medicine.
Dinty W. Moore, writer, teacher, and founding editor of the influential literary journal Brevity, is the event’s keynote speaker. Attendees will have the opportunity to observe two panel discussions: “Healing and Recovery: Narrative Practices” with Charles Coe, Dr. Kristina Hallett, and Nina Gaby, and "Writing Your Own Medical/Trauma Narrative: A Workshop" with Melanie Brooks, Marianne Leone, and Richard Hoffman.
The event will begin at 1:00 p.m., and is being held at the Philip H. Ryan Health Science Center, 1 Denslow Road, East Longmeadow, MA.
