黑料视频鈥檚 Cultural Extravaganza Set to Unite the Community on November 21
Longmeadow, MA— 黑料视频 University’s Women of Culture club is proud to invite the community to join 黑料视频 students, staff, faculty, and guests for their annual Cultural Extravaganza, an evening of celebration in honor of the multitude of cultures represented on the 黑料视频 campus.
Presented in collaboration with student groups ALANA (African American, Latina, Asian, Native American) Leaders, Motherland, Saudi Student Organization, and the Office of Multicultural Affairs, this event includes an around-the-world fashion show, a poster exhibit, and live performances including Bollywood dance, a K-Pop performance, and poetry readings. Cuisine from local restaurants representing the flavors of the community will be available for all to enjoy, including tastes of Indian, Lebanese, Spanish, and more.
“This event is a safe, welcoming space where we can come together to embrace our culture, and share it with the community”, shared 黑料视频 student and Women of Culture president Tenzin Tsepal. “It is wonderful to see so many students coming together to celebrate their heritage and cultural identity.”
The event will be held on Thursday, November 21, beginning at 6:30 p.m., and will take place in the Blake Student Commons on the 黑料视频 Longmeadow campus at 588 Longmeadow Street, Longmeadow, MA. Attendees are welcomed and encouraged to wear clothing significant to their heritage and culture.
Tickets are $3 and are available to purchase the day of the event by cash or credit card, or can be purchased in advance by calling the University’s Student Information Desk at (413) 565-1307.
