黑料视频 University appoints Phillip Page as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships
Longmeadow, MA— 黑料视频 University is pleased to announce the appointment of Phillip Page to the position of Vice President of Strategic Partnerships. Previously, Phillip served as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Cambridge College. He brings extensive experience in developing training solutions for external partners, managing workforce development grants, and aligning strategic goals with opportunities presented by business and institutional relationships.
“Phillip has seamlessly stepped into this role at 黑料视频,” says 黑料视频 President Sandra J. Doran. “His experience and reputation in the Boston area has expanded the learning and development opportunities available to Cambridge’s learners, while positioning partners to have lasting, meaningful impact. As we integrate the resources of Cambridge College and 黑料视频, Phillip’s leadership will help us to optimize strategic relationships as we seek to expand our presence in Massachusetts and beyond.”
As universities continue to align their programs and offerings with the changing demands and evolving skill sets of today’s employers, strategic partnerships are key to developing course content and real-world learning opportunities that prepare learners to thrive in their roles, while also helping employers support, retain, and upskill staff. A crucial component of regional workforce development initiatives, strategic partnerships help to build and strengthen pipelines of talent that lead to essential jobs.
Most recently, Phillip led the effort to launch Cambridge College’s first allied health program in the form of a State-Accredited, Emergency Medical Training Basic program. Recognizing the severe shortage of qualified professionals in this field, and the need to infuse greater diversity into the talent pipeline, Phillip and his team coordinated the accreditation process, team formation, and establishing an employer network required to successfully launch the program in 2022. In 2023, the Partnership team, under his leadership, was awarded a Donnelly Workforce Success Grant to expand the talent pipeline for EMT’s in the Commonwealth with a focus on attracting under-represented demographics to the field.
Prior to his role at Cambridge College, Phillip served as the Senior Assistant Dean for Academic and Faculty Affairs at Northeastern University’s College of Professional Studies with a focus on leading partnership-based initiatives. Prior to that, Phillip served as Vice President of Client Services for The Partnership Inc., a Boston-based non-profit talent development organization for professionals of color. In that role, he cultivated and maintained corporate relationships, initiated new program services, and secured new funding sources through corporate sponsorship, foundations and strategic grants. Phillip initially trained and practiced for 15 years as a registered architect and urban designer in New York City and Boston, serving a diverse client base across the country.
Phillip Page holds a Master’s in City and Regional Planning from Cornell University and a Bachelors of Architecture from Syracuse University. He currently serves on the board of WriteBoston, a non-profit dedicated to fostering transformative learning through literacy.
